Prohibits the distribution of nonconsensual synthetic sexual material by any physical or virtual means. Also prohibits the promotion of such material on a webpage, social media or other digital platform, and the threatening to distribute such material to obtain a benefit or in connection with the threatened disclosure. 

 First time offense results in a felony punishable by imprisonment not exceeding 10 years, and/or a fine up to $10,000
